My experience was not positive even though I made it to the final round. Very unprofessional and felt more like rushing a sorority than interviewing for a job. They for sure have "type" and if you do not fit or if they feel like they can't you use your for a diversity brag then you will be passed over. The interview process went as followed. 1. Interview with Recruiter 2. Interview with 1 or 2 Styling Team Leads 3. Interview with Styling Team Supervisor 4. Project where you have to demonstrate your skills 5. Present Project to all of your previous interviewers with a follow up for the Regional Director Multiple people were late or even interviewed me while in their car. Then after being told I would hear from them by a certain day, I was not contacted. I had to reach out several times before someone responded that I was not moving forward. Honestly, a blessing in disguise. They went on to have two layoffs and treat Stylists horribly along with warehouse workers.
