Good luck getting an interview, unless you're a good looking girl. I'm a guy and I've applied for numerous roles I'm well qualified for on several different occasions and haven't heard a peep back. Two of my friends (who happen to be good looking women) applied for jobs they weren't very qualified for just for the heck of it and both got at least a phone screen...This company needs to take a look at who's doing their recruiting. They're missing out on good applicants.
