Interview
After 2 days of applying for a position within StockX, I received an email response from HR to arrange a phone interview, got a interview next following day which went well.
The next stage was an interview with a manager and member of management who kept acting like they're the king of the hill. After the 2nd interview, I started to notice the response time from HR was delayed and I had to do a lot of email requests for updates. After 2nd stage interview, I’ve got completely ghosted (several weeks) and to this day I still haven’t had a response, which I find unprofessional as the interview process is a two way street, and I would expect a courtesy update response regardless of the outcome.
Overall, I’ve read that this happens a lot within the company, so my expectations weren't high. May I suggest having a actual hiring process in place and reading reviews from other interviewee of the same error is making the company look bad? Because you’re a company that’s valued at $1billion doesn’t mean you're actually worth $1b and can’t go bust overnight.
There were multiple rounds with lots of questions pertaining to the role and business area. And also a couple exercises. Typical interview structure, and meeting multiple people on the team.
