I had a 10 minute phone screen with the CTO of the company. At the end I was asked to email my availability for a full technical interview. I did so, but never heard back from the company, even after following up a couple times.

No manners!
The CPO was supposed to interview me but was 15 minutes late.
Did not let me convey full picture of my profile and actually spoke over me!
Rarely gave chance to speak - almost threatening of firing if didn't work hard because runway limited to 1 year!!!!
Glad I turned it down
