Awesome. Very formal and very transparent. They wanted to make sure I was a good fit for Stonhard and Stonhard was a good fit for my expectations. No stone left unturned and did a 12 minute quiz at the end. Overall a very great interview and it was comfortable. Not all uptight like some seem.

Multiple in-person and virtual meetings, and scheduled ride-alongs. Consisted of numerous sales people, managers, etc. Diverse set of questions, sometimes challenging, but very friendly and professional. Came away with a clear understanding of expectations.
