Stormtech Performance Apparel interview questions

Ghosted after being invited to an interview (nobody showed up), Initial screening calls led to interview offer, which got all the way to booking time then ghosted with no further contact, bizarre process , initial phone screening went very well, suspect this was a tickbox to justify an lmia down the road thing but cannot confirm as this is just speculation
