      Graphic Artist Interview

      10 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New Century, KS
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stouse (New Century, KS) in Mar 2012

      Interview

The interview process was much longer than expected, close to three hours in total. It involved the standard HR type questions, but also several graphics related "tests". First was a spelling test, circle the misspelled words. Next was a test involving measurements and unit conversions (convert 1/8" to decimal, etc). The last test involved going back to a computer and demonstrating my Adobe Illustrator skills. An employee gave me various tasks to complete to a document while standing behind me. I also met with several of the supervisors, as well as a member of senior management.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Demonstrate using the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator.
