Stout Systems Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

I applied online, and shortly after was contacted for more information. After being passed along to the next steps to set up an interview with a second person, I was denied due to experience before the interview took place. Later, I was contacted by the president of this company that they were following my process behind the scenes, after my application was closed. Overall, the process seemed very disorganized with no communication between any parties, as this all took place within 24 hours with 3 different people.
