I applied through other source. I interviewed at StraightIn
Interview
Woeful.
Headhunted via indeed due to my experience as head of marketing, contacted for a virtual interview. Interview as a standalone was unprofessional, the "CEO" was late by some measure, with background noise when speaking - a large red flag for me, if you cannot make adequate time for potential hires that YOU have sought out, then you should not be running a company.
Asked to come into the office numerous times a week, when this should be a remote position, especially in 2022.
Said that a second stage would be needed in order to negotiate, did not hear anything back from them after this.
It's one thing being told you may or may not have feedback, it's another telling someone that you will get a second stage - and then having zero contact.
Embarrassing company.

Question 1
How many days in the week can you work in the office?
We have never interviewed or attempted to hire externally for an Operations Manager, and our CEO doesn't get on initial interviews so I believe you may have got us confused with another company! Please could you get in touch with the team at jobs@straight-in.co.uk to discuss this in more detail?
