Strand Therapeutics interview questions

Applied for this position on Indeed, 2 days later HR reached out to me for an interview. I was told that they are in the final stage of the hiring process. Interview went well and I was told that Hiring manager will reach out. Never heard back from either. Ghosting candidate seems to be the new norm.

Applied to role. Had call with AD of People Sciences,,, during call was told how my energy is what they looking for and my experience. Then received email stating "decided to move ahead with another candidate". Another TA using lip service.
