Interview
There was an opening I heard about through a colleague. I was impressed by the company's reputation. I brought my resume in and handed it to the administrative assistant. I was called within the week. I came in and interviewed with the current assistant Project Manager, HR, the president, and the operations manager. It was an hour interview. The atmosphere was warm and encouraging. It was a very specific extraction of experience and qualifications. At the end, an honest appraisal was given by the operations manager. HR thanked me for my time and said I would hear back in 3-5 business days. On the 4th day I was invited in and awarded the job.
