I had four Zoom meetings with Strata. I was ghosted by them, including after attempted follow ups. In hindsight I think this might have been a ghost job & they were just fishing for information. Regardless, I would suggest to any candidate to think twice about wasting your time in interviewing with them because they cannot even bother send a no thank you email after you wasted hours with them.

My candidate experience was excellent! The whole process took less than two weeks from initial video interview to job offer. My interviewers were very polite and didn't ask any unnecessary questions.
