Tom and the team were very responsive and quick to make a decision. Very friendly folks with a great culture. There were two interviews, an SEO and content test, and a final call where they made an offer.

Tell me about your role today. Why are you looking to leave? Why are you interested in this role? What do you believe to be your biggest strengths? What are some of your biggest weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What if a client asks you to do something you don’t believe is in their best interest? Tell me about a time you experienced conflict at work. How was the conflict resolved? Tell me about a goal you achieved over the past 12 months, how you set that goal, and how you achieved it. Do you have any reservations about joining the team? Why do you think you’d be a good fit?

Interview
My first interview was with Tom the CEO of Stratabeat. In that meeting I was asked told about the role, responsibilities, the company, and the day to day. My next interview/meeting was with Alexis, CGO of Stratabeat, where we talked about my experience in previous roles, clients I had worked with, and I was given 2 SaSS sites to compare - Alexis and Tom made it very clear this was a standard for anyone at the company and that they were not clients.
They were easy to speak with and kept communication with me through the process.
