Hiring is very quick...phone screen, first interview, second interview, and final interview typically within 2 weeks. Lots of star questions, unless you get an extremely intelligent manager that doesnt buy into executive management's interview philosophy. RD interviews are a joke, but if you aren't what the RD wants for the company,you are out the door

started with a short phone call about the company and myself. Set up a webcam interview. I was sent a lot of information. Building a brag book, certain questions to be prepared for, what a typical day in the life was life etc

Contacted by recruiter. Interviewed with distract manager at hotel. Very good interview. Focus on independence and work ethic during the interview. No suprise questions.
