StraussGroup interview questions

The initial phone screening with this consulting agency was informative as well as pleasant. The process to be considered for a phone interview with their client that has the need to fill the role was a bit excessive and a waste of valuable time and effort, especially for a role offering a salary from 55k-65k. (RED FLAG) In total I spent 2 hours that included the initial phone screening followed by a timed assessment that was part personality/SAT line of questioning. None of which has anything to do with the role itself since the selected candidate for the role would go through training which make this whole application process subjective and does not justify the low-level salary range being offered. The process may have been more acceptable if the salary range fell at a minimum of 85K. Time is currency that I cannot get back. What made this experience even more disturbing is that I only received the rejection email alert AFTER I reached out for an update.

it was great! it was challenging enough, and not too easy. the owner and managers were professional and welcoming. i would do it all again. sad that they are moving back to the suburbs. i really liked the buffalo office
