Just did a phone interview. The interviewer just asked basic STAR questions. Asked a lot of questions involving very specific instances in your previous roles. After the phone interview I received an email about a zoom interview 2 days later.

Worst interview I've ever been in, the interviewer did not know what he was doing or prepared at all. Obviously reading from a script and when I would answer his questions he would literally repeat my entire answer back as he typed it in. It seemed like he was not listening and was patronizing me when he was listening. After 30 minutes of patronizing and being completely inept, I felt like my time was being wasted and I promptly ended the interview. I have never ended an interview in the middle of an interview until now. It was an embarrassment for me and Strayer should feel embarrassed about the incompetency of their employees.

Phone Interview, Microsoft Teams Interview, then Final Microsoft Teams Interview. Team is great, seems like a great place to work. Very big on protecting students and employees from COVID which was nice.
