It's regrettable that your initial call with the team started late, punctuality is an important standard we keep and we are constantly striving to maintain our scheduling and communication standards.
Second Stage Interview:
I appreciate your detailed feedback on the second stage of the interview process.
We have a number of pairing tasks that we run, depending on the specialism and level of the candidate, with set varying levels of difficulty relating to the expected solution which is derived from a large data set built from previous applicants.
While providing a working solution is preferable, the primary purpose of the task is to evaluate problem-solving abilities and collaboration,
Post-Interview Communication:
Wagestream provides every candidate that enters the interview process with feedback via phone or email so I'm very sorry to hear yours has gone amiss. We have robust procedures in place to ensure this takes place but this could potentially be a system failure of some kind. If you reach out via the ATS the allocated talent team member will be in touch immediately to follow up with feedback as well as offering a call back to answer any remaining questions.
