Horrible experience, very disorganized, the interviewer set up several (6 in total over 8 weeks) phone/zoom interviews and talked the whole time about how great they were as a “boss” and amazing sales abilities. Super unprofessional. After talking with other people who had worked for the “boss” I picked up on a toxic work environment. The “boss” even spoke about some of the freelancers in the district that work for the brand in a very negative light but still has them work for the company. Lots of red flags during the conversations.

They look at your experience and track record of your sales. They make sure you look like your able to be a brand rep for there company. They check to see if you have people skills and they also check to see if you can retain information about key ingrediants
