Was provided with a description of job expectations, what shifts and hours are available. Quick tour of the facility. Explain that all information handled is confidential and breech of this policy WILL result in terminatiom.

Interview
The interview process is fairly informal and more of a general conversation with the candidate. You are asked questions relevant to the role you've applied for. I felt like the interview questions could only help the interviewer determine if you are a good cultural fit for the company, not whether or not you could perform the duties.

I was impressed when asked, "what is important to you in an employer you are willing to work for?" They truly want to learn how to serve employee needs as well.
