I interviewed for the risk operations analyst position in June 2026.
I first met with a recruiter who asked me some basic interview questions. She wasn't overly nice or rude, just pretty neutral. She explained the position to me in detail and a few days later I was selected to one on to the next round.
The next round was with the hiring manager and this is where things went awry. While professional, she seemed like she could care less about interviewing me and just came across as distracted and disinterested. I gave really good answers to her questions and had tons of examples and felt like I was a great fit. When it came time for me to ask questions, I asked about the team structure and how it operated and she told me she didn't hear the question because she had a lot of calendars open. After I repeated the question, she proceeded to answer with something that didn't even remotely address my question. Overall I did not have a good impression of the hiring manager and when I received the rejection email, I embraced it with open arms.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stripe (Bengaluru) in Apr 2023

Interview
Worst interview process ever, they are interested in collecting the data and survey regarding what is the salary and benefits at other companies in the industry is providing. They push to the final round just to say "we cannot move forward with you candidature". All they are interested in is about getting information from us and make sure folks in their company get some experience in interviewing the candidates. The written assignment was quite lengthy and they don't value our time.
