I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then several video interviews with the hiring manager and others. The interviews were all positive and uplifting, but then I was told a few days later that I would not be offered a position. I never got a reason for a rejection since I was more than qualified and I had all the skills they required and more, but they did not keep me in limbo at least so I appreciated that.
