Long and nonsensical. They ask you to write three assignments so they can then use these as the starting points for conversations with multiple stakeholders. The hiring managers are apparently not allowed to decide on their own who can work in their team.

After the written assignment I was informed that I am not suitable for this role. Even though everything was positive the team felt that I wasn't suitable.

Recruiter did a great job clearly detailing next steps for the interview and helped me feel at ease. Communication was tight and after Hiring Manager interview, got back to me fairly quickly informing me that they have decided to consider other candidates for the role.
