I was referred, and then the recruiter reached out to me. She rescheduled 10 minutes prior to the call, no worries. The next day, we had the call and asked standard questions about background and experience. She told me about a suitable team and role, and said as a next step she informed me about the rest of the interview process, mentioned she would set up an interview with the hiring manager and send me the interview guide following our call. After that, she ghosted me. I followed up multiple times over text, email and no response. 2 weeks later I get a reply from her saying they are not moving forward. Unprofessional and incompetent.

This was for a Solutions Engineer role. The interview process was average. Recruiter call, followed by hiring manager mostly behavioral, experience based scenarios. Then asked to write a technical document, received a rejection after submission without any feedback or reason for rejection. Overall a negative experience.
