Strobe interview questions

There was 3 rounds for the selection process . First round was the basic normal chat with the business head and after 2 days they checked sales skill of the candidates. Third was the hr round.

interview was a 2 day process... first day there was a one on one...and then if you get selected, second day they will take you to the field and show you how to get donations form people by buttering them..and after that their will be a third round of interview too which is a one on one again where they will ask you what you learned on field..
