Strong & Hanni interview questions

I applied through a third party website I met with two managers. I asked them if they had longevity with their employees and the HR manager said no because people keep quitting and “screwing it up” I was taken aback by this comment. They did not email me back after the interview and I had to follow up 3 weeks later. Then I kept seeing they were hiring for the same position for months later. I was not impressed with their interview process.
