The recruitment process began with a 30-minute screening interview with a recruiter to align my profile with the role. After confirming a good match, I was invited to complete a Gallup assessment (a two-hour structured interview designed to map my personality and strengths).
This was followed by a first-round interview with two hiring managers, focused on both technical and leadership competencies. After successfully passing that stage, I was invited to a final round with the HR Director and the Site Lead. Each stage of the process took roughly two weeks to progress.
About a week after the final interview, I received a positive job offer.
