So far, I've been called by an HR generalist, then the Manager I'd report to, who then set up the outside Gallup interview (personality assessment) . Now I think it'll involve meeting the territory team and a VP for final "sign off".

Great enterprise but the process interview is a multiple steps interviews that makes it tough on your current workplace. You go trough multiple rounds of HR, Divisions oriented, psychological, Sales pitch interviews.
