I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
I applied online in October and took the initial personality assessment the next day. About a month later I received an email to schedule a phone interview for that week. Recruiter was sick day-of so we rescheduled for the week after that. Had a 20 minute phone screen discussing my interest in the position and some initial questions - some behavioral some just testing my ability to speak technically. Nothing very difficult. At the end of the phone interview my recruiter told me to expect an email soon about the next steps in the process and to do those quickly. Received an email that night to schedule the Gallup. Called Gallup after that to set up the interview for the following week. Gallup interview took 45 minutes, all rapid fire behavioral questions. Three weeks after I received an email saying they were unable to offer me a position but they "heard a lot of great things" from me during my interview. Unsure if I failed the Gallup or not? Overall a long process but not very difficult.

Question 1
Describe a difficult concept you're learning in class to me in simple terms.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you had to handle a challenging situation at work?
Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
