Very rigorous interview process. Had to do a bunch of phone interview. Face to face interviews. And also an assessment. You could do well in all interviews but the assessment (Gallup) can make it or break it.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
