5 interviews, over 18hours in total. Waste of time. Looking to vet out introverts, excepts they let a lot in. Interviewers were all Stryker lifers who bleed gold and black. Not in touch with reality. Expect you to give your life for not much in return.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds
