Interview
Did not get the job but i had such a great experience with them. Interview with recruiter, then a phone call from the manager. From there was a in person interview. Once we left i was to learn a surgical program and then repeat it back via phone. I passed with flying colors, but someone came in with more experience than i had.

Why are you interested in joint replacement in the first place
All behavioral questions and very straight forward for the first round the other rounds get more difficult and you have to do situational questions that are hard. I’m happy I didn’t get it because my fried works there and hates it
