Stryker is looking for a specific personality profile. After my resume was accepted, a phone interview was setup. The interview was a personality screening. I was given hypothetical situations and asked how I would respond. Basically, they are looking for sharks. The company has a history of aggressive growth and they are seeking aggressive "go-getters" who can sustain their growth.
