      Spine Associate Interview

      15 Aug 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker

      Interview

Dreadful experience. 1st interview was ment to be 40minutes but went on for 1hr and 20 being grilled. I passed that and was then put forward to the South London regional manager, who was so busy it was difficult to arrange an actual date and time for interview with him. He even forgot to call me at one of the set times, and another time had to be scheduled. The 30 minute interview went on for for 1 hr and resulted in him telling me he wanted me to go to Ipswich instead of London and that I needed to wait on the previous rep at Ipswich to contact me so I can go to meet him and discuss the role and look around the hospital. Weeks past no message, no call, no email occurred. I respected that the regional manager was very busy so I tried messaging him several times to which none of my messages went through, I assume my number had seemingly been blocked? I then decided to add him on watsapp and asked about this call from the rep but never got a response despite the message being read. And then all of a sudden a week or so later my application was no longer under consideration after months. Absolutely terrible way to be treated with no explanation. I can only take this as a sign that I dodged a bullet with this company.
