There were Lots of short interviews with different people. The clifton strengths process was extensive and took over 2 hours for me. Over all it was a good experience to go through.

The initial interview started in Oct 23 and they came back to me with a negative decision in end of January 24. It was totally unnecessary to make a drama out of this recruitment process; 6 rounds of interviews including gallup assessment. They didn't respect the time of the candidate. Luckily they got it for free. They they didn't initiate any contact to inform me about the decision. I had to chase the recruiter and the hiring manager at least 5 times via emails. Everytiime I got response 'we will get back to you by end of this week'. Extremely indecisive manager. This is the most terrible recruitment process I have experienced. Not recommended to apply at this company unless you are desperate and have plenty of time to spare.
