Interview
The interviewer was very nice and it was very straight forward. They asked me the basic interview questions and were clear with the next steps to move forward. Overall I would say that the experience was nice considering it was my first interview ever.

Describe a time you made a mistake and what did you learn?
1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

It was around 30 minutes for both the recruiter phone call and the hiring manager phone interview. Basic questions such as Tell me about yourself and tell me about a time when...
The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
