I applied through university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Stuart Hose & Pipe (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met at career fair, signed up for in person interview.
1st interview was about 30 minutes. Just simple questions. Was offered a 2nd interview on the spot.
2nd interview was with the president and vp. Was about an hour. This interview was a little more structured. Had a list of questions and they took turns asking. They were both polite.
Was invited for a "3rd interview" at their company HQ. Was able to see the operations and ask questions to employees. Was treated to lunch. Nice experience.
Overall I would say the interviewing process was easy. The only stressful and in my opinion unprofessional thing I can say about Stuart Hose is their lack communication with potential employees. It took 5 weeks to finally get an answer regarding their decision. I had to jump through hoops, email, call, and leave messages to finally get a response. If that's how they treat potential employees I would be a little concern.
