Studio 1 interview questions

Process of interview was smooth, they showed me around and walked me through everything I will be doing. Very organized studio. They have MUA, Photographers, and retouchers. Everything works as a well oiled machine.

made me come in for an interview and do a design project on my own time that took several hours to complete. They said most applicants declined doing it and it showed their commitment to getting a job. I submitted it and they never even opened the file or responded. They're probably doing these interviews to source free unpaid labor.
