Short initial interview. Second interview was a role-play, where you play the role of a tutor helping a student (current tutor) understand the questions they missed on their homework. The sample is given to you in advance, but without the answers. If selected, you then proceed to the initial training, which includes a full SAT practice test, where you must score a 650 each on the Math and English portions.
