I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Stuller (Lafayette, LA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very transparent interview process. It was quick and communicative from the hiring team and the management team involved. It was one of the best experiences I have had out of many many interview processes. They were clear with what they were looking for and the timeline to expect

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Stuller (Lafayette, LA) in Feb 2026
Interview
People themselves are very friendly and relaxed, interviews are nice and easy, but the entire process took 3 months. 3 interviews, one in person and an assessment. Egregiously slow and disrespectful to candidates time. I typically heard within 48 hours if I was moving on, any longer and they tend to go quiet for a while.
The first round will be a short behavioral interview, mainly focused on a few brief BQ-style questions. It will likely be more of an initial conversation to get a sense of my background, communication style, and how I approach different situations.
