Interview
After an initial phone interview, I was brought in to meet the team I'd be working with. After chatting with them (casual and friendly), I was given a technical test. Afterward, they reviewed what I'd done, and asked me questions about the decisions I'd made and challenges I'd encountered.
The next day, I received an offer.
