Sub Teacher Source interview questions

Quick, easy; no task to complete. Just a 30 minute initial interview and then a 60 minute formal interview. Written offer within 48 hours. Although I ultimately declined offer, it was a very quick process, which I appreciated.

Interviewer scheduled zoom interview and did not show up. I understand things happen so I reached out to make sure everything was ok and see if a reschedule was possible. She rescheduled the zoom interview for the following week and didn’t show up for a second time! I find this incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I had to rearrange some things in my schedule for both interviews and do value my time. I feel I would have been an excellent fit for the position and unfortunately won’t be able to dedicate anymore time to an employer who treats candidates like their time is less than.
