The hiring was very simple. They only asked me if I was available any shifts and if I was Willing to work alone. And also what experience did I have supervising.

A very quick and casual process, I literally was interviewed in the restaurant and hired on the same day to start next week. There wasn't anything difficult about the interview, you're basically asked if you can handle a fast paced environment and stressful situations.
