I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Subway (Geneva, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was sat down and the job was explained to me in detail which I really appreciated. I knew everything that I would be expected to do, pay rate, what shift they were looking for, what I’d be doing during my shift, hours I’d get a week….ect. I was then asked if I thought I could handle that and was offered the job

It was in store promotion and interview was quite simple, just discussing some figures and improvements made within the store. What changes were made and how they impacted the store and the KPIs.

They wanted to know my availability and my experience. Made sure I knew how to operate a cash register. Trained me on closing and opening procedures- made the weekly schedule if I was hired and took inventory
