Am I available nights and weekends do I have reliable transportation how many hours a week I would get how much I would get paid what I would be wearing given a review paper given an employee handbook do I mind working and closing alone/ opening alone etc do I have any special needs.

Interview
Assembled multiple custom submarine sandwiches blindfolded. This included un-toasting a meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese. Another part of this process was identifying sauces based only on the feeling of the bottle. Given the seniority of the position, sauce amounts were varied in order to avoid simple identification by weight.
I was also asked to recite various company mantras verbatim during this process.

They reached out promptly and scheduled the interview the next day. The manager asked why i wanted to work there, and asked me my availability. It was a very easy process, 10 minute interview.
