Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (Forest City, IA) in Dec 2013
Interview
I immediately knew I was going to be hired. The store manager was desperate for help, and I was willing to work a lot of hours. We started with normal chatting, and then got down to business. We talked about previous employers, hours available, and how I am with people. We talked about some situations with unsatisfied customers, and how I would resolve problems.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked me what I would do if a customer came back dissatisfied with the service provided.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
