The interview process was very Easy, straightforward, and only one round. I met with higher up to discuss my qualifications and why I wanted this position. He then gave me a tour of the restaurant and introduced me to the staff that I would be working with.

Easy informal , I applied and was called right away. Went in next day for the interview. I was hired on the spot. I appreciate it they don’t waste your time.
The interviewer asked professional, thoughtful questions and offered helpful advice that really boosted my confidence. I appreciated their communication style, approach, and skills, which made me feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout the entire interaction.
Good. Informative. Got the job. It was an easy interview process and they asked easy questions. I’d recommend studying the history of subway to better understand their business model. Such a great experience.
