I was originally contacted by the recruiter.
The interview was very interesting.
It was divided into group and one on one interview.
It definitely seemed like a business-esque.
You watch what the "company" and you get to participate ..in some sort of teaching activities.
The recruiters were very professional.
I never actually got an offer from them since I contacted them that I have already accepted another job.. which was strange...

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
