I applies online and get an interview around two weeks after I applied. You should study for the pre-work before interview. The interview is straightforward. A lot questions about the video in the pre-work.
The interview process was about 2-3 rounds of online interviews with first with administrators and then senior members of the staff. REMEMBER: please wear business attire (at least from the top up or whatever is visible in the camera) WITH A BLAZER/JACKET because they will comment on your outfit

Interview
Simple and easy-going. A one-on-one video interview where we first talked about my background and my strengths for the position. Then we went into the classroom demo and got feedback and finally had time to ask questions at the end.
