The process took about 2 weeks. I applied, was invited for a Skype interview with the department I had applied for. The interview lasted about a half hour. The person I interviewed with mostly asked standard interview questions, and then presented me with some hypothetical situations. Received an offer within 3 business days of the interview.

Interview
After informal outreach and about two weeks of correspondence, I had a 30-minute interview with a staff member. I then received no proactive update and only got a generic rejection after following up a week later.

It was quick and good from what I remember. There was not any fluff and they were direct with what they wanted. I think that if you have the passion that they are looking for it will work
