Success deserves to hire people who share their values but based on the interview it's not so much about finding like-minded qualified people as it is finding people who will literally repeat verbatim whatever comes from the top.

Question 1
Completed a case study advising students applying to college.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools
Interview
The interview process took 3+ months. I applied online and was contacted within two weeks for a phone interview. An interview date and time was scheduled; however, the day before the interview the recruiter needed to reschedule (no big deal). But, the recruiter then missed the newly scheduled phone interview time, no heads up, this should have been a warning sign. Once the phone interview happened- it was average with basic questions asked. Afterwards, I was contacted for an in-person interview, which took approximately 3 hours. During the in-person interview, I met with six individuals and received a tour of the school. I was contacted for a final phone interview, during which I was informed that the role is still an active open posting and they are still interviewing new applicants (so I was just wasting three months of my time). Additionally, I was informed that I should hear back in another four to five weeks, I did not hear back and didn't even get a response to my follow up email.
TL;DR - If this is how a company treats an individual applying for a job, then the very very negative reviews about Success Academy are probably true.
